As a kid, my google searches looked a little something like this:

How to make a paper airplane – How to make a matchstick crossbow – How to make a sparkler bomb.

Looking back, they all asked the same thing – “How to cure boredom”

Todd Sadler in a black t-shirt sat on a chair

Turns out, that’s still the question I’m trying to answer. Only these days I get paid to cure boredom. Not by folding paper or blowing shit up, but by coming up with ideas that make people feel… not bored.

So here I am, armed with a MacBook and a brain that refuses to clock off. I’m a compulsive thinker, idea generator, and asset builder. Lucky for me, I’ve found a way to channel that hyperactive energy into real creative output.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve crafted ads for some iconic Aussie brands like Holden and Bunnings. Along the way, I’ve picked up a killer set of skills across the Adobe suite and built a strong grasp on the ever-evolving world of social and AI.

I tackled AWARD School later than most, but I was able to snag 2nd place in 2024.

Outside of work, I’m a Dad of two boys who keep me on my toes. They give me the perfect excuse to dive into my hobby’s such as cooking, gaming, and playing baseball on the weekend.

A WORD FROM MY AWARD TUTORS

“Todd was an absolute pleasure to teach, Not only did he straight up bring Escher quality scamps each week, he ACTIONED feedback. In the final week of AWARD School I had a new email each morning with actioned changes. Seeing him land #2 was so rewarding because his hard work paid off. I have no doubt that Todd will throw everything at his advertising career. No doubt at all.”

Lukas Meintjes – Art Director, VML Melbourne

“Todd is like a racehorse. He came out of the gates hot, but, like the best competitors, he got better with time and under pressure. With the odds stacked against him—a pile-up of briefs, a full-time job, and a toddler at home—he kept pushing forward. Ideating. Scamping. Refining. It was a pleasure to watch from the sidelines as he raced toward the finish line, taking home second place. If I were you, I’d put my money on Todd.”
